The son of Arthur and Isabella (Clunie) Randall, Arthur Clunie Randall was wounded in action on 11 March 1917. He accounted for ten enemy aircraft during the Great War. On 23 December 1926, Flight Lieutenant Randall was dismissed from the Royal Air Force. He is said to have emigrated to Dominica.
