The son of John Edwin and Ellen Wilson, Cecil Frederick Charles Wilson was promoted to temporary Second Lieutenant (on probation) on 9 September 1917 and joined 84 Squadron in April 1918. His final victory was over a Fokker D.VII from which the pilot successfully bailed out. In later life, Wilson lived, farmed and died in Kenya. |
